By now everyone has noticed the extra large trash and recycle containers. The new neighborhood trash and recycle days are as follows:
Monday - Yard waste & Garbage pickup
Monday - Thursday - Garbage pickup
Wednesday - Recyclables pickup
If you need to dispose of furniture call waste management and schedule a pickup. They need to be called ahead of time to deal with large items that do not fit in the containers provided. Most days trash and recycling pickup are done by automated trucks. The truck lifts and dumps the bins provided and no one handles the refuse by hand. For that reason, if anything is left on the ground, it will not be picked up.

Thank you's to pet owners for the increased response!
The Board of Directors continues to support local, state, and federal efforts to minimize stormwater runoff which ruins our waterways. A huge contributor to this pollution is dog waste.
There has been great positive response from dog owners who now realize the importance of good hygiene and who now practice picking up after their pets.
For those who continue to ignore the importance of this and who disrespect their neighbors, the Brevard County Brevard Animal Services have a link with complete instructions.
